There is much that we know and have learned about the outside. The external knowledge, the experience, our patterns of thought, movement and behavior give us an identity. The synthesis of all these experiences is what we live and embody. The inner workings of our mind and body connection though is often neglected.

There is another synthesis that happens while training movement awareness. It is the connection of your own previous body experiences and that, which you are experiencing at the moment. This training in perception helps you to live more spontaneously and to deal more freely with the situations in your life and help shape them.

In addition, new ideas from brain research, the human sciences and daily life flow in as well.
